The so-called “patentino” (small driving license) was an Italian license given to youngsters with the minimum age of 14 years. This license permits Italian teenagers to drive in Italy scooters and “micro-cars” (small cars with maximum motor power of 4 kW and maximum speed of 45 km/h). Obtaining a driver’s license
